Delete your CogniType account and data

In the app (immediate)

Open CogniType.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete All Data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and erases all typing history stored on the device. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email seungmin@rise-educonsulting.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my CogniType account". We will delete the account and any associated server-side records within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleted: your account and credentials, and all typing history, session records and daily reports stored on your device.
Deleted on request: the server-side usage-counter rows keyed to your account identifier. These hold only an identifier and a per-day count of reports and chats. Email us to have them removed immediately; otherwise they are purged on our regular cleanup schedule.
Not stored, so nothing to delete: the text you typed, report text, and chat message content — we never retain these.
